Navigation of Folders and Links on Control Bars is done primarily through graphically displayed trees of the related resources. To open a folder click the + (plus sign) next to the folder. Related links and folders will appear. Click on a link or folder to navigate to related links or an individual link. Related web links will aotomatically display as web pages in the Browser Window! There are several ways to manage or organize the links represented in these graphical trees. This is done using menus or the Tool Buttons at the bottom of each Control Bar page tab. In these menus and buttons Organize MUST first be first turned ON or checked in the menu for these features to be activated. When finished organizing links then uncheck or disable Organize mode to return to normal links navigation. Links are temporarily turned off when Organize Mode is activated.
The above images display the two standard methods for organizing or managing links on each Control Bar. First, the Tool Buttons at the bottom of each Control Bar may be used in import links, delete links, add folders or edit links. The same commands exist in Right Click Menus that may be accessed by clicking once on the Control Bar with your right mouse button.
Additional Note : Organize Favorites and Organize Programs when engaged temporarily turns off links navigation and changes the navigation trees into Organize Mode. Only then may select items be deleted, edited, or added. When one is finished with Organize Mode, then simply uncheck or disable Organize on the menu to return to normal navigation of links.
